A high-growth AI and advanced-technology company is seeking a Director / Senior Director of Investor Relations in Hong Kong to lead its engagement with the global institutional investor community. This is a rare opportunity to own the full investor-relations mandate for a category-defining technology business, working directly with senior leadership.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will independently cover overseas hedge funds and institutional investors, leading the full cycle from institutional outreach and roadshows through to substantive position conversion. You will be the primary bridge between the company and the global buy-side.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently cover overseas hedge funds (including long/short and technology-focused specialists), leading the full process from institutional outreach and roadshows to substantive position conversion
  • Plan and execute roadshows, strategy sessions and one-on-one meetings, communicating the company's value proposition to drive investor decision-making and grow shareholding and coverage
  • Track hedge-fund position movements and market sentiment, producing competitive-landscape and shareholder-structure analysis
  • Organise investor communications around earnings seasons, manage market expectations, and collect and relay investor feedback

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, sell-side sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years directly covering overseas hedge funds; a verifiable track record of roadshow conversion and position placement
  • Strong, proactive business-development ability, able to independently drive institutions through the full cycle from awareness to decision
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, able to independently handle due diligence and senior-level communications with overseas institutions
  • Working knowledge of the AI / advanced-technology sector; data-driven with clear commercial judgement
  • Must hold existing right to work in Hong Kong (visa sponsorship is not available)
